A premium, fair and professional waiting time policy.
Generous complimentary waiting time on every booking. Where additional waiting is required, it is charged at a clear hourly rate, billed in fifteen-minute increments — no hidden surcharges.
Sixty minutes from the moment the wheels touch the tarmac. Generous on purpose — because flights, customs and baggage rarely run to plan.
Because we monitor your flight live from departure, the chauffeur is in the right car park at the right time regardless of how the flight has actually run. Where customs, baggage or onward arrangements require longer than the included hour, additional waiting is billed in fifteen-minute increments at a clear rate.
For pick-ups from home, hotel or office, the chauffeur arrives in advance of the booked time and is happy to wait fifteen minutes at no additional charge. Where more time is required — a late principal, an unfinished meeting, a misplaced briefcase — we simply continue to wait, billed at the standard rate.
When you book an hourly or full-day arrangement, you have reserved the chauffeur and the vehicle for that period. There are no separate waiting charges — the time is yours to use as the day requires.
Clear, sensible additions.
Parking fees and road tolls are charged at cost, as incurred on the journey. Multi-stop and out-of-hours work is quoted at the time of booking. Corporate account clients benefit from agreed fixed-rate pricing on common routes, with no per-journey surprises.
For longer or unusual itineraries — multi-day arrangements, race-meeting circuits, cruise-port returns — we will always quote in advance and confirm in writing before the booking is made.
