Executive Travel is the most flexible of our services and, for most of our regular clients, the one they end up using most often. The vehicle and chauffeur are held at your disposal for the day — or half-day — and the schedule belongs entirely to you.
Use it the way the day requires it. Driven door-to-door from your home or office in Cambridge, dropped at a meeting in Norwich, held on stand-by while you take it, then run on to a working lunch in London and back to East Anglia by early evening. Or simply parked discreetly outside your office, ready when you are.
The detail that defines it
Executive travel is a category that’s easy to claim and harder to deliver. Anyone with a black saloon can call themselves an executive chauffeur. The detail is in everything else.
Punctuality, properly defined
"On time" means on the kerb fifteen minutes before the agreed pick-up, every time. Live traffic monitoring, alternative routes pre-loaded, and a chauffeur who has done the journey before are all baseline. We do not run two jobs back-to-back without a sensible buffer.
Discretion as a professional skill
Confidential conversations, sensitive papers, calls you would rather not have overheard — the rear cabin of an EQS is among the quietest places in the East of England, and our chauffeurs understand that what is said and seen there stays there. NDAs available on request.
An office-on-wheels, if you need it
Rear executive seating, a panoramic glass roof, ambient interior lighting, 5G Wi-Fi onboard, USB-C and Qi charging, and onboard refreshments as standard. If you would prefer to switch off, the cabin is just as suited to that.
How it’s priced
Executive Travel is offered on hourly, half-day (4 hour) and full-day (8 hour) rates, with a fixed mileage allowance and an agreed pricing structure for time and miles beyond that. Pricing is given as a confirmed, all-inclusive figure before the journey is booked — and there are no surcharges for delays, traffic or waiting time.
For clients using the service regularly, a Corporate Account simplifies the arrangement further: agreed rates, weekly or monthly consolidated invoicing, and priority booking against the diary.
