The chauffeur industry is, on the whole, slow-moving. Most operators are still running diesel S-Classes, hybrid V-Classes, and ageing E-Classes on third or fourth ownership. The arguments are familiar: range anxiety, charging infrastructure, the residual value of electric vehicles. They are, mostly, no longer true.
The Mercedes-Benz EQS solves the practical objections. Over 400 miles of range is more than enough for any plausible day’s chauffeur work. Charging is genuinely fast and genuinely available. The cabin experience is — uncontroversially — better than its diesel S-Class predecessor.

Where journeys can be combined or routed more efficiently, we co-ordinate them. We use digital booking confirmation and digital receipts as standard, and run a properly small operation rather than a fleet padded out for show.
