Tattersalls sales weeks
The biggest weeks of our year, and the ones we plan most carefully around. Direct service for buyers, agents and bloodstock principals during October Yearling Sales, the December Sale, the February Sale and the July Sale — including pre-booked airport transfers, evening hospitality runs to the principal Newmarket restaurants and hotels, and discreet stud farm visits during the lulls between sessions.
For larger international buyers we can co-ordinate multi-day, multi-vehicle arrangements with a single point of contact. Confidentiality is taken seriously: NDAs are available, and we maintain strict separation between concurrent client bookings.
Race meetings
Door-to-door service for owners, trainers and principals on race days at the Rowley Mile and July courses. Familiar with owner’s entrance protocols, parking and the post-race traffic patterns. We work the headline fixtures — the QIPCO Guineas Festival in early May, the summer Newmarket Nights series, and the broader race-meeting circuit: Royal Ascot, Glorious Goodwood, York Ebor, Cheltenham, Aintree.
Stud farm visits & the broader bloodstock circuit
Discreet chauffeur service for visits to the principal stud farms in Newmarket and the surrounding area — including direct routes to Lambourn, the Curragh (via Stansted) and the principal European bloodstock destinations via private aviation handlers.
Why the Newmarket community uses us
The chauffeur services traditionally available to the Newmarket community fall into two categories: local taxi firms with limited vehicles, or London-based chauffeur businesses with no local knowledge. We sit deliberately between the two — a Newmarket-area service with an executive standard of vehicle, chauffeur and discretion. The EQS brings something the racing community has not previously had access to: a properly silent, fully electric saloon at S-Class level.
